Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped through Canada Post. Please note that shipping times may vary, and occasional delays can occur due to postal service volume, weather, or other unforeseen factors.

We proudly offer shipping across Canada and international shipping. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Return Policy

At Bay & Bloom Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines:

  • Full Refund: Items may be returned for a full refund to the original method of payment within 10 days of purchase.

  • Store Credit: After 10 days, eligible returns will receive a Bay & Bloom gift card for the value of the item.

  • Condition of Items: All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Final Sale Items: Sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
